Results land in a sortable table with IP, MAC, vendor, up to four resolved hostnames, SMB domain hints, and your own comments or renamed labels. DNS, mDNS, and SMB name resolution help Apple and Windows gear show up with friendly titles instead of bare addresses, and you can open a device URL from a row when it exposes a web admin page.
