Structured 4.6.1 for Mac – Visual Day PlannerA visual day column: tasks, events, and routines sit on hours instead of a stacked checklist, so a Mac morning shows what actually fits before noon.
Inbox first, then drag onto hours
Open today’s column from the Dock or Applications. Click an empty hour to type a title, or park a nameless idea in Inbox until you know when it belongs. Drag the chip onto the column, then pull the bottom edge if the block needs more time. If a meeting moves, grab the block and slide it; leftover Inbox chips are the honest leftover work. Click a block to change the title, duration, or color without leaving the day column. An all-day strip sits above the hours for things that do not own a clock. Subtasks and a note live on the card; check them without leaving the day. A Pomodoro-style Focus Timer is there for a sprint. Color and icons mark kinds of work so a scan of the column reads as kinds of work, not a wall of gray. The same day syncs to iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. VoiceOver, Voice Control, and a dyslexia-friendly font are listed on the store page.
